undrinkable coffee soft pillows

The minibar was empty upon arrival. I expect such amenities to be prepared. the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. I had to pay extra for a decent cup. I would like better coffee included in the breakfast service. The pillows were too soft. I found it hard to get a restful sleep because of this.
